Upon his return from England, he worked in a foreign bank, as Branch Manager, Internal Audit, Foreign and Money Dealer. His other work experience include serving as the founding CEO (Chief Executive Officer) of a license unit trust company, Executive Director (Operations) of a securities company and in PT OCBC Sikap Securities in Jakarta, a subsidiary of OCBC Bank (Singapore) serving as its President and CEO.

He also sits on the Board of Directors of the mainboard listed Companies and serves as member of the Audit, Nomination and Remuneration Committees.
